Neil and Maryanne moved to Northeast Florida in the ‘80s. Neil had been a teacher for years and then created a Tour Business where he met Maryanne. Maryanne has been in the Human Resource and Management Arena and currently is a Manager of a wonderful team of Business Analysts at Fidelity National Information Services.
Neil and Maryanne Bonom had appreciated the potential behind this Old Florida Motel during the many times they passed it by. On one of trips by they saw a “For Sale” sign and there you have it! Neil, who had always enjoyed remodeling, took on this project with his heart and soul. He completely renovated the interior of the property and brought the exterior back to life. The result is The Cozy Inn, which has standard rooms, suites and townhouses where your comfort and convenience are first in the owners' hearts and minds. Neil and Maryanne sincerely hope you will decide to stay with them and that you'll be able to meet in person.
